Key
Features of the Environmental, Health and Safety
Compensation Survey
The
survey positions represent the entire environmental, health
and safety functions from the Top Environmental Affairs
Executive to entry level technicians, assuring you of data
for most - if not all - of the EH&S positions in your
organization.
The
survey report includes 355 pages of text and tables
detailing the compensation practices on 163 executive,
management, professional, and technical positions.
A total
of 160 organizations, representing most major industries
that employ environmental, health and safety personnel,
participated by submitting a wide range of compensation
information. The Survey reports individual compensation
practices of over 21,400 full-time employees.
The
survey adheres to the antitrust
“Safe Harbor Guidelines”
in collection of and reporting of data. The U.S. Department
of Justice has issued guidelines with parameters for
appropriate and legal collection and reporting of salary
survey data. Our survey adheres to both the spirit and
letter of these guidelines. All information is reported in
the aggregate and
does not disclose
the individual participating organization’s information.
The
Survey Report includes comprehensive job descriptions with
education and experience qualification guidelines on all
positions.
The
Survey Report is available in electronic format on a CD-ROM
with the capability to upload the survey data onto your
Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
