input, the following time line is provided:
November 20th
– Announcement sent for survey participation;
December 7th
- Survey Questionnaire sent to participants;
January 22nd
- Survey questionnaire input deadline;
March 3nd

Survey Report distributed to participants.
Participants Survey Report Price
Each
organization that participates in this year's annual survey
will receive the comprehensive printed survey report for
$500,
including shipping by US Priority mail. An electronic
version is also available for uploading most data to the
organizations human resources information system (HRIS). The
E-version is an additional
$100
and will be shipped with the hardcopy report.
Non-Participants Survey Report Price
Those
organizations who do not participate in the survey will be
able to purchase the survey report
one time only
as a
non- participant; thereafter, they must participate to
obtain a copy of the report. The cost of the Survey Report
for a non-participant is
$925,
including shipping by US Priority mail. The E-version is an
additional
$150
and will be shipped with the hardcopy report.
